RETURN POLICYDue to the nature of our customised products created each order is a one-off design made specifically for you. That means we are unable to sell a bean bag again, so please be sure you are happy with the final design and colour choice. (Please be aware that the colours seen on your monitor or screen will be slightly different to the colour of the bean bags in natural light.) This is due to how each computer, phone or tablet screen displays colours. They are all made in different ways and may show colours in a different light from one another.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
o Returns will only be accepted for items that are deamed by Bliss Bean Bags to be faulty
o Because each bean bag is a customised order Bliss Bean Bags cannot accept returns due to change of mind
o Returns will NOT be given for damage caused by miss-use of the bean bags as outlined in the lifetime warranty policy.

All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
